Our firm is based on providing an accurate and thorough property inspection for our clients. We inspect existing homes, new home construction (in phases) and inspections for both buyers and sellers.  We believe in continuing education and staying up to date on all aspects of home property inspections. We do this through yearly education at training sights which adhere to all LSBHI standards.

One of the key components to our inspection report involves the use of digital photography.  Our photography is used for two reasons.  First, it is a visual aid for the client to identify and understand a discrepancy. The second reason is to pinpoint the location of the discrepancy on the property being inspected.

Experience Matters

John Gegg, owner of Alliance Home Inspections, performs each and every inspection personally.  He is a 1989 graduate from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.  John has worked locally as a consulting engineer, designer, and construction project manager for the past 18 years, 14 of those years as an Application Engineer for the Trane Company.  This experience gives John the knowledge and expertise of Mechanical/Electrical systems, as well as, construction management skills.  John is also a long time member of the American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Foundation for Real Estate Appraisers (FREA), and Licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Home Inspectors (LSBHI).
